It is well-known that Sukumar had signed on the dotted line to direct the Hindi remake of Arya-2 (2009), to be produced by UTV. The latest news is that Allu Arjun would play the main lead in the version.
The film would see him reprise the role of a selfless lover who is torn between his loyalty to his friend and his love for the girl. The film's intelligent screenplay made it one of the most entertainingfilms in Arjun's career.
